- You can simply register with an email address, but to participate you need to complete the whole KYC process.

Buying
Q1. I’m trying to buy my first item. Where do I find the address that I should send the USD?
- Please choose the product & checkout. Proceed to payment which subsequently takes you to the payment gateway. you can pay through credit, Debit card, or Bank account.
Q2. Will, I get physical possession of the collectibles?
- Yes, For the collectibles which are also present in physical form, you will have an option of getting shipped to you by paying nominal charges but you can’t resale it on our platform as Fantico can’t vouch for the authenticity of the collectible once shipped to you.
Q3. How many days will it take to process my KYC?
- It will take 1–2 working days to verify your documents, You will be notified with the confirmation message.
Q4. Can I participate without KYC verification?
- No, KYC is mandatory in order to participate in Bid.
Q5. Why is my KYC status pending?
- Your status will be changed after the documents are reviewed, Please wait for the confirmation message in the email. if it is pending for more than 2 days then please write to us support@fantico.io with your registered email address.
Q6. Where can I see transaction details?
- Go to the transaction history and check all the transactions made by you.
Q7. Can I buy with BTC and ETH?

Q8. What happens to the physical copy of the collectible which we buy in the form of NFT?
- You can authorize Fantico on your behalf to keep our warehouse safe. This way you can resell the collectible on the Fantico platform.
Selling
Q1. How do royalties work on Fantico?
- Every time an item is resold on Fantico, the NFT creator who is a celebrity will charge a percentage of the sale as revenue.
Q2. Can I gift or transfer an item to another wallet?
- Yes, you can easily transfer NFTs to another wallet.
Q3. Why is the transaction confirmation time taking so long?
- As demand increases, processing times take longer than expected. If you are experiencing a delay, you can write to us at support@fantico.io.
Q4. Can I resell the product which is bought?
- You can put it on reselling the collectible you bought at our platform.
Q5. Will there be any charges related to the product you resale?
- Yes, You need to pay a royalty to the celebrity who is the original owner of the product.
Q6. Does Fantico charge anything from the buyer?
- No, Fantico doesn’t charge any amount from the buyer.
Creating
Q1. How do I create an NFT?
- You can’t create your own NFT of your collectibles. Only celebrities collectibles are allowed to be sold which goes through Fantico admin stringent verification process to provide our customer with the only superior original products.
Q2. I created NFTs on Fantico, will they be visible on other platforms?
- NFTs created on Fantico will be visible on other platforms after the NFTs have been purchased or transferred.
